Getting On Top of Their Game

The Middleton Community Library staff all completed their state Core Competencies online training and certification through the Tennessee State Library & Archives. This training was designed to cover basic skills in the areas that are most essential for Tennessee library staff, such as, basic technology instruction, excellence in customer service and confidentiality issues (28 modules in all).
