Left a Good Job in the City

Long-time Bolivar City Administrator Shelia Dellinger worked her last city council meeting in June, retiring after 44 years of service to the city.
In a resolution, Bolivar City Mayor Julian McTizic declared June 24, “Shelia Dellinger Day” in the city.
