Remembering pilot James Taylor

A plane crash on Wednesday, August 27 claimed the life of crop dusting pilot James Taylor, of Somerville, as he was flying near Peavine Road, on Grantham Farms, just outside Middleton. The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Friends and family remember Taylor as a man with a big heart, warm smile, passionate about flying, a love of hunting, a prankster and one who seemed to be able to do anything.   To view more, please log in or subscribe to the digital edition.
