Students and staff at Bolivar Central High School (BCHS) were welcomed, back after a week off due to the winter storm, with another bomb threat.
The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for East Arkansas, the Missouri Bootheel, North Mississippi and West Tennessee at 12:10 p.m. on Saturday, February 21.
