BREAKING: Rhea sworn in to replace husband on city council

Suzanne Rhea, wife of the late David Rhea, was sworn into office as a Bolivar City Councilwoman by Steve Hornsby on Friday, May 1. The Bolivar City Council voted unanimously to allow Suzanne to complete the two years remaining on David Rhea's term in office after David passed away from cancer.  Suzanne will participate in her first Bolivar City Council meeting on Tuesday, May 12 at 5:30 p.m.
