Arts Council to Reschedule May Production

The title A Bad Year for Tomatoes is living up to its name as the Hardeman Arts Council announced that they will keep their doors closed at least until June, cancelling their plans for the annual May show, entitled, you guessed it, A Bad Year for Tomatoes.
“We are going to do the play eventually, but not right now,” said Hardeman County Arts Council President Gary Barrowclough. “The Art Show, scheduled for May is still on right now, but since it is usually in conjunction with the May show, it is doubtful.”
Barrowclough added that Fiddler on the Roof, scheduled for September would hold open auditions as soon as it was feasible.
“We will fit in A Bad Year for Tomatoes when we can,” he added, also noting that the kids summer arts program would be pushed back to sometime in the fall.
