Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by a certain Deed of Trust executed June 20, 2003 by Rita Fawcett, a single woman to Fayette County Title Company, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the office of the Register of Hardeman County, Tennessee, in Deed of Trust 592, Page 124, and the undersigned having been appointed Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the said Register’s Office, and the owner of the debt secured, Green Tree Servicing LLC, having requested the undersigned to advertise and sell the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, all of said indebtedness having matured by default in the payment of a part thereof, at the option of the owner, this is to give notice that the undersigned will, on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 commencing at 11:00 AM, at the Front Door of the Courthouse, Bolivar, Hardeman County, Tennessee proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property, towit:

    Beginning at an iron (F) being the northeast corner of Lot No. 1377 thence North 44 degrees 19 minutes West 42.52 feet to a point being the northwest corner of Lot No. 1377; thence South 51 degrees 48 minutes West 25.77 feet to an iron (S) this also being the true point of beginning and the southeast corner of Lot No. 1379; thence South 51 degrees 48 minutes West 125.09 feet, passing through the southwest corner of Lot No. 1379 at 48.8 feet, to an iron (S) in the east margin of Winnebago Drive this also being the southwest corner of Lot No. 1378; thence with said margin North 44 degrees 19 minutes West 143.66 feet to a CN (S) at the intersection of the south margin of Cherokee Drive; thence with same the following calls: (1) North 47 degrees 00 minutes East 79.31 feet to a CPS (S) being the southeast corner of Lot No. 1379, (2) North 48 degrees 11 minutes East 54.87 feet to an iron (S) being the northwest corner of Lot No. 1380; thence with the west boundary line of same South 40 degrees 40 minutes East 153.09 feet to the point of beginning.
