BMS Cross country team takes second place

The Bolivar Middle School Boys Cross Country team finished second in a field of 20 schools at the Crockett County Cross Country meet on Thursday, September 10.
Augustine finished first with 74 points, followed by Bolivar with 106 points. University School of Jackson came in third and Dresden was fourth.
Bolivar had two runners win medals in the race. Trey Ellison finished 10th and Toris Woods was 15th. Other runners for Bolivar were Ray-vin Fish (25th), Austin Cossar from Hornsby (27th), and Ja Quan Lax (29th). In addition, two of Bolivar's JV runners medaled in their race. Elijha McNeal finished in 10th while James Turburgh finished in 12th.
