TN Safety Spotters teach on how to handle bullies

The TN Safety Spotters (TNSS) visited the Lee Ola Roberts Library on Saturday, November 15 and taught children how to handle themselves and stand up for others when confronted by a bully. Patricia Belt, founder of the non-profit TNSS, was joined by her Dalmatian and friend Lottie Dot and volunteer Andi Swatts to teach the lesson.
