Briar named Pet of the Week

Briar is an adult, male beagle mix.  He is about two years old and as sweet as can be.  He weighs about 25 pounds and will not get any bigger.  He and his brothers are as cute as they come.   They love to play and give cuddles.  They are all heartworm negative and have been neutered.
