Roger Dale Townsend Sr.

Roger Dale Townsend, Sr, passed from this life in Bolivar, Friday September 18, 2015 at the age of 61 years, 11 months, and 17 days. He was born October 1, 1953 in Grand Junction and on May 24, 1975 he married Carolyn McAlpin. Mr. Townsend worked at Harmon International and was retired from maintenance and a truck driver with the Hardeman County Highway Department living most his life in Hardeman County. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing guitar and working on cars. He served 8 years in the Tennessee National Guard and was affiliated with the church of Christ.
