Peggy Ruth Walls

Peggy Ruth Walls, age 75 of Toone, passed from this life at her home in Toone Sunday morning, September 20, 2015.
Mrs. Walls was the daughter of Willis and Opal Marie Dial Glore, born September 12, 1940 in Lola, Kentucky. She was a registered nurse supervisor and had retired from Western Mental Health Institute. She married the late Vernon J. Walls February 6, 1987 who passed from this life April 5, 2015. Originally of Livingston County, Kentucky, she had also lived in Rosiclare, Illinois and had moved to Hardeman County around 1978. An avid fan of NASCAR, her favorite driver was Dale Earnhart, Jr. and she loved playing poker and bingo. She was a member of Rocky Springs Baptist Church.
A memorial service was held September 23, 2015 at Shackelford's Bolivar Chapel with Skippy Rowland officiating.
