Joseph Parram was born February 12, 1927, to the late Sam and Mattie Crowder Parram of Whiteville. Joseph earned his education in the Hardeman county public school system.
Funeral service were held Saturday, April l8, 2015 at Greater Springfield MB Church in Bolivar with Reverend Robert Parham delivering the eulogy. Burial was in the Bolivar Community Cemetery (Bolivar, TN) and Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) was in charge of the professional service.
