Jewel V. Curlin, 92, went home to be with the Lord August 16, 2015. Born December 15, 1922 to the late Calvin Neely and Cyrenia Shelly Bevill of Middleton. A resident of Covington Manor in Covington, she was retired from the Gridiron Restaurant in Memphis.
The widow of the late James S. Curlin she leaves four children, Jimmy H. Curlin (Peggy) of Arlington, Shirley Chizek (Linus) of Wahpeton, ND, Brenda Deane and Steve Curlin, both of Memphis; 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and one sister, Annis “Bobbi” Hawkins of Middleton.
