James Ronald Donaldson

Funeral services for James Ronald Donaldson were held Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at the Middleton Church of Christ.  Burial was in the West Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Donaldson, age 68 of Middleton, passed away Saturday evening, October 3, 2015 at the Bolivar General Hospital.
He was born April 13, 1947, to the late James Walter Donaldson, and Nannie Bryant Donaldson in Hardeman Co. He grew up here and resided in Memphis for years before moving back in November, 2006. He married Andrea Diane Teague, who survives, on July 15, 1989, served in the US Army for two years and worked for 37 years with the United States Post Office. He also worked 3-4 years with Corrections Corporation of America.
Mr. Donaldson had previously served as a deacon at the Ketchum Rd. Church of Christ in Memphis and presently was a deacon at the Middleton Church of Christ. He loved the Lord and was not bashful to proclaim it. Mr. James was a benevolent individual who was always helping people. His favorite past-times included fishing, gardening, and riding his tractor. He was an artist, who enjoyed working with charcoal, and dearly loved his children and grandchildren.
