James Ray Chism

James Ray "Jack" Chism of Bolivar passed away at home on  Monday, June 29, 2015.  He was born on September 9, 1945 in Hardeman County to the late Ray and Bertha Hill Chism and was the second child of eight.
Funeral service was held Saturday, July 4 at Zion Temple Worship Center with Pastor Herbert Murphy officiating.  Burial was in the Bolivar Community Cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneral.com was in charge of the professional service.
 He was educated in the Hardeman County school system and was a 1963 graduate of Bolivar Industrial School.
In February 1968 he married Anna Pearl Lockett in a double wedding with his sister, Ida Chism and John T. McKinnie.  They were blessed with two daughters, Annesia Wynette Chism and Chastney L. Justice.
