James R. DeBerry

James R. "Jim" DeBerry of Hornsby, passed Sunday morning, July 5, 2015 in Bolivar.  Services will be Wednesday, July 8, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Bolivar. Visitation was held Tuesday.
James Roy DeBerry was born September 7, 1933, to Rudolph and Gladys Ruth DeBerry, in Montezuma. He married Elynor Hornsby on February 21, 1954. He was a retired national sales manager at Plough, inc. in Memphis for 24 years, and he was a salesman for Colgate. He was a former deacon of the Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, and was a deacon and Sunday school superintendent of the Hornsby Baptist Church.
