On March 22, 2015 God came and took Gerlene Whitehorn Jones home to eternal rest. Funeral service was held Saturday, March 28 at Johnson Chapel CME Church- Whiteville, with Reverend Eugene Jones delivering the eulogy. Burial was in the Hillville Cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) was in charge of the professional service.
