Annette Shaw Brown

On June 15, 1957, love was personified with the birth of Annette Shaw Brown to the late L.G. and Annie Lee Shaw.  She professed her belief in Christ at an early age and joined Mount Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.  She later joined St. James Church of God in Christ. Funeral services was held Saturday, October 17, 2015 at St. James Church of God in Christ-Grand Junction with Elder James Norman in charge.  Burial was in the Shaw Cemetery - Faulkner, MS with Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) in charge of the professional service.
Annette was preceded in death by her step mother; Margaret Shaw and brother; Stanley McAfee.  Annette departed her life Monday, October 12, 2015 at her home.
Annette affectionately called ”Aunt Nett” touched the lives of many in ways that others could not.  She became a pillar in her family and community.
