All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten takes HCAC audiences through memory lane

All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten comes to the Hardeman County Arts Council (HCAC) stage this week and will take audience members through a sentimental, fun and engaging walk through life. Joe Van Dyke returns as a second-time director to the HCAC presenting a play different from what HCAC audiences are used to seeing. “It’s great storytelling rather than following one narrower theme throughout. There is a broad range of emotion and topics you get to choose from,” said VanDyke. This is the second time Van Dyke had experience with the production. “We did this play with another company I was associated with in Mississippi. I had a lot of fun doing it,” said Van Dyke. “I haven’t seen it since and I thought it would be a neat show to do here.” VanDyke describes the play as stories about life. To view more please log in or subscribe to the digital edition.
