Sain begins cleaning up county problems

Newly elected Hardeman County Mayor Jimmy Sain began his first day in office, September 2, determining how the county would be able to meet payroll, bringing the county into compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, working with attorney Charles 'Chip' Cary to form a plan to correct the county's violation of The Sunshine Act, ensuring the landfill violations are corrected, as well as cleaning up the recycling center.
