BREAKING: Funding for 4-H Lone Oaks Farm passes legislators

In spite of some objection on the House floor, the proposed funding in the state budget for the Lone Oaks 4-H camp and conference center passed the House and the Senate Thursday, April 16. Proponents of the camp said the funding and partnership with the University of Tennessee will be a valuable asset to Hardeman County, surrounding counties and the state.
