A Special Delivery Happy Birthday

As you walk into Thomas Culp’s room at Pine Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, your eye is drawn to a wall with two pictures. One is a painting of a row of mailboxes. The other is a service award from the United States Postal Service that reads: “This certificate is awarded to Thomas J. Culp in grateful appreciation for dedicated service during an honorable career of 27 years of service to the Government of the United States. Given by the United States Postal Service on this occasion of your retirement: November 26, 1982”.
