Parrans Chapel Church Honored

The Hardeman County Commission on June 19 honored Parrans Chapel Baptist Church for their role in recovering a member, Jeff “J.L.” Shinault, that had been missing and the subject of a search which included law enforcement and rescue squad personnel for almost 48 hours.
