Default having been made in the terms, conditions, and payments provided in a certain Deed of Trust dated NOVEMBER 6, 2013, executed by WILLIAM DOYLE, A MARRIED MAN AND ALISHA DOYLE, A MARRIED WOMAN, to JOHN C. CLARK, Trustee, of record in DEED OF TRUST BOOK 715, PAGE 606, for the benefit of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST STATE BANK, in the Register’s Office for HARDEMAN County, Tennessee and to J. PHILLIP JONES AND/OR JESSICA D. BINKLEY, either of whom may act, appointed as Substitute Trustee in an instrument of record in the Register’s Office for HARDEMAN County, Tennessee, to secure the indebtedness described; WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was last assigned to TENNESSEE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable by TENNESSEE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, being the present owner/holder or authorized agent, designee or servicer of the holder/owner of said indebtedness, has requested foreclosure proceedings to be instituted; and as provided in said Deed of Trust, I, J. PHILLIP JONES/JESSICA B. BINKLEY, will by virtue of the power and authority vested in me as Substitute Trustee, on FRIDAY, MARCH 27, 2020, AT 1:00 P.M. BEGINNING AT A STAKE 16 ½ FEET NORTH OF THE MARGIN OF BUTLER STREET, THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 3 AND RUNS WITH THE SAME NORTH 175 FEET TO A STAKE IN A FIELD; THENCE EAST 90 FEET TO A STAKE IN FIELD; THENCE SOUTH 175 FEET TO A STAKE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BUTLER STREET; THENCE WITH THE SAME WEST 90 FEET TO THE BEGINNING.
THIS IS THE IDENTICAL REAL ESTATE CONVEYED TO WILLIAM DOYLE AND WIFE, ALISHA DOYLE FROM SOUTHWEST HUMAN RESOURCES AGENCY BY SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED DATED NOVEMBER 6, 2013, OF RECORD IN RECORD BOOK 69, PAGE 440, REGISTER’S OFFICE OF HARDEMAN COUNTY, TENNESSEE.
SUBJECT TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS AS SHOWN OF RECORD IN THE REGISTER’S OFFICE OF HARDEMAN COUNTY, TENNESSEE IN DEED BOOK 51, PAGE 127 AND DEED BOOK 69, PAGE 436.

THE SALE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND IS FURTHER SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF ANY TENANT(S) OR OTHER PARTIES OR ENTITIES IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY.
