Luttrell to speak at prayer breakfast

A prayer breakfast for county and city officials, as well as some local businessmen, scheduled for January 2 at First United Methodist Church in Bolivar, is expected to bring one of Shelby County’s most influential leaders as the guest speaker. Hardeman County Mayor Jimmy Sain recently announced Shelby County Mayor Mark Luttrell will be the guest speaker at the event.
