It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like...

Communities in Hardeman County will begin to celebrate the Christmas season beginning the weekend after Thanksgiving.
Christmas at the Crossroad Holiday Shoppe will be November 29 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and November 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Middleton Community Center, with pictures with Santa on Saturday.
The City of Bolivar will kick off the Christmas parade season on December 2 beginning at 6:00 p.m. Also, beginning on December 2, the Carl Perkins Festival of Trees to benefit the Carl Perkins Center in Hardeman County will be unveiled, going through December 15 in Bolivar.
Whiteville will host their annual parade on December 7 beginning at 7:00 p.m., with a ribbon cutting for their new city hall to follow.
Hope Holiday Mart is December 6-7 at the Tennessee National Guard Armory in Bolivar beginning on Friday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Proceeds benefit Hope House and Relay for Life.
The Grand Junction Annual Tree Lighting Party will be December 7 with refreshments, carols, and kid’s activities.
The Friends of Middleton Community Library will host Pictures with Santa on Saturday, December 14 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Middleton Scout Hut beside the Middleton Library. There will be pictures with Santa, cookies decorating, craft making and more. Pets are also welcome. Donations will go to benefit the Middleton Community Library.
