High-Speed Chase Ends with a Crash

A high-speed chase and crash sent three to jail on Monday afternoon in Hardeman County.
The chase ended just west of Bolivar as law enforcement from Whiteville, Bolivar and Hardeman County teamed up to prevent the chase from going into the City of Bolivar.
According to the statement from the Bolivar Police Department, “units from Whiteville and Bolivar Police Departments were involved in a vehicle pursuit on Monday, July 15, at approximately 3:20 p.m.”
The violator vehicle, operated by Mr. Jasmin Moore, led police units on a pursuit which started on US Highway 64, then turning onto Lucy Black Road. After turning onto Lucy Black Road, patrol units attempted to disable the suspect vehicle, causing the suspect vehicle to temporarily exit the roadway, traveling through the grassy area next to the roadway.
