Bolivar Mayor Julian McTizic with Shirley Williams, widow of Bolivar Patrolman John Archie Williams, who kept kids safe in the crosswalk in front of Bolivar Elementary School for 10 years, finishing off a total of 30 years with the Bolivar Police Department. The city dedicated the crosswalk to his memory on October 8.
