Pulliams celebrate 75th anniversary

James and Louise Pulliam will celebrate their 75th wedding anniversary at a reception on Saturday, Dec. 19 from 2-4 p.m., at First Baptist Church in Bolivar.     
After his military service in World War II, James served as minister of music at First Baptist Church, Bolivar, for 28 years. Louise served as the church's Educational Director for 23 years. After their retirement in 1985, they served as the church's volunteer senior adult coordinators for 25 years.
They have one son, Jim, who lives with his wife, Brownie, and their son, Andrew, in Jackson.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate with them at the reception. The couple requests no gifts please.
