A SMS text message, sent to Hardeman County cell phone subscribers Monday afternoon (September 16), had many residents alarmed (according to law enforcement officials).

Hello from Toone! Well, it looks as if September is well underway, and we are now on a direct collision course with the busy, crazy holiday season.
