Youth Council Takes Part in Celebrations

The Bolivar Hardeman County Youth Council of the NAACP participated in The 32nd annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. parade celebration on Saturday, January 13th, 2024.

The participants include: in front of the banner Madam Dixie Spencer President of the adult branch NAACP. Holding the marching banner left to right is BJ Carroll II and President Rowan Green. The second row left to right includes Secretary Jada Turner, Press and Publicity Chairperson Kristine Anderson, and India Sain. Third row left to right is Camyrah Brooks, Deniyus Woods(behind Jada Turner), and Assisting Mrs. Lori Nelson. Members not pictured include Treasurer Cyrah Green, Tahja Kearny, Mylee Woods,Treyvon Brooks,Youth Advisor Mrs. Shirley Mason, and Assistant Youth Advisor Mrs. Wanda Robinson.
