BMS first basketball and cheer team banquet

Bolivar Middle School held their first Basketball and Cheer Team Banquet on March 13, at the Bolivar Municipal Building.  The teams were being honored for their hard work on and off the court this season.   
From the previous season, several players were lost due to being promoted to the high school, but this year teams still have defeated the odds.  Both teams played hard using the school’s acronym. R.T.L. which means Refuse to Lose!  The team members implement those words effectively on and off the court.  
The Lady Tigers have been undefeated for two consecutive years during their regular season; however, the Lady Tigers season came to an abrupt end during the county wide tournament, only losing by two points.
