Jewish refugee Clark Blatteis presented a history lesson on Thursday, October 23 at Bolivar Central High School (BCHS) to many in the audience as he spoke about his experiences as a child and a passenger aboard the ill-fated MS. St. Louis ocean liner that sailed in 1939.
