Warrants Signed on Two County Residents

County Mayor Jimmy Sain’s war on illegal dumping continued this past week as warrants were signed on two Hardeman County residents.
The Illegal Dumping Enforcement Action initiative – a joint effort by Hardeman County Mayor Jimmy Sain, Sheriff John Doolen and Hardeman County Solid Waste – uses photos, videos and other evidence from the dump sites and members of the public to track down illegal dumpers and make them pay for disrespecting Hardeman County’s residents, businesses and taxpayers.
