Here it is Christmas Eve and very early in the morning before most are awake, I’ll be in my duck blind. My Christmas tradition is to try and get one duck and head to the house.
Reading this statement in a waterfowl magazine in September would motivate most duck hunters. Here on the upper Hatchie, I ask the question, where are they?
Monday, December 1, went from the 60s to the 40s in the duck blind, with a side order of rain. Compared to the weekend, Wow! And in only a few days it will be back in the 60s.
