Stevens Wins 10th Pick’em Contest

Thomas Stevens was the closest to guessing the total number of points scored in the two semifinal and final college football games of the season to win the COVID-laden 10th Annual SEC Football Pick’em Contest.
Settling for second place were Bub Stevens of Eastview, Jim Nuckolls of Bolivar and David Sipes of Bolivar.

Stevens wins (no penalty for going over) a Lazyboy chair from Weems Furniture.
Team Bo (Mike Nuckolls, Jim Nuckolls, Bub Stevens, and Thomas Stevens) won the team contest by seventeen games over three teams, the Four Horse People (Jerry Rhodes, D. Richard Teubner, Bobby Wright, and Jane Wright), Loaded with Laniers (Hayden Lanier, Rodney Lanier, Lane Lanier, and Johnny Lanier), and Ole Miss (Julia Bobbitt, Amy Robinson, Tim Bobbitt, and Steve Robinson). The team champion will receive a night at the Biscuitry for eight.
