Sain Wins Hardeman County G&CC Shootout

Jon Sain parred the final hole to beat runner-up Steve Strope and 31 others on Labor Day in the Hardeman County “19” Man Shootout.
Thirty-three players competed in the event that began with all players on the first tee, playing in one group with the high scorers eliminated each hole until only two players are left on the final hole.
Pre-determined spots for chip-offs to eliminate players (if there was no high scorer) were used.
It took a little over four hours to play the front nine with a winner produced after six hours of play.
2020 Hardeman County Country Club Champion Steve Strope finished in third place.
