Middleton Football Snares Playoff Spot

Middleton’s 26-12 victory over Manassas on October 26 got them something they didn’t expect: a playoff spot. Thought to have finished fifth in Region 8A, the Tigers got the berth after Booker T. Washington was ruled ineligible for postseason play by the TSSAA. It is the Tigers first playoff trip since 2016.

Middleton will face 10-0 and #2 ranked in the state, Dresden on November 3. The game will be broadcast on WMOD Radio.
