A weekend at the Sara Beth Whitehead Softball tournament taught Bolivar Central High School Softball Coach Dylan Hill something.
“If we play like we played on Friday, we won’t be any good,” he said. “But if we play like we did on Saturday, we could do very well.”
Friday saw the Lady Tigers fall 9-2 to Tipton Rosemark and 7-0 to Lexington before a Saturday revival with wins over South Gibson (3-2) and Munford (9-6). The Lady Tigers did fall to Milan on Saturday, losing 8-5.
