Kessler and Hessing Win Four-Ball

Fred Kessler and Rob Hessing overcame a one stroke deficit in the final round to win the Hardeman County Golf and Country Club, June 22-23, over first round leaders Ian Clark and Josh Caldwell.
Kessler and Hessing’s 63-63--126 was good enough for a two stroke victory ahead of Clark and Caldwell’s 62-66--128, and five strokes ahead of B.J. Bolyard and Dennis Strope, who shot 66-65-131.

The first flight (contested over only the second round by those who failed to qualify for the championship flight) was won by Vernon Nuckolls and Jerry Fry, who shot 69, beating the team of Richard Hazelwood-Mike Madden, and Shelby Sain Bailey-Bobby Sain by one stroke.
Both members and non-members were eligible for the event.
