Hardeman County Crowns Basketball Champions

Middleton defeated Whiteville 55-31 in the boys final to win the Hardeman County Single A Boys Middle School basketball championship on January 16.
Middleton will play Bethel Springs on January 17 in the first round of the Single A Area 19 tournament, which will be hosted by Whiteville Elementary. Whiteville will play Ramer on January 18.
The girls champion, Hornsby will play January 18 against Ramer, while the runner up, Whiteville, will play January 17 at 5:30, also at Whiteville.
Bolivar did not participate, as they are classified as a Double A team. It is the first year in the history of the Hardeman County Middle School tournament that Bolivar did not play.
