Bolivar ladies win a pair over Middleton

The Bolivar Lady Tigers finally got in the win column with two wins over county rival Middleton 8-0 and 16-2 at home on Friday, April 10.
“We have been searching for that first win, and we like the taste of it,” Bolivar Head Coach Dylan Hill said.
In the opening game, Bolivar scored twice in the first inning, five times in the second and once in the fourth for a total of eight runs on 14 hits. Middleton failed to score and only managed one hit.
“We had a solid pitching effort from Hannah Thomas,” Hill said.
Every Bolivar player that came up to bat got at least one hit.
