The Bolivar Central Tigers won their season opener, outlasting Huntington 5-4 on Monday, March 9, in Huntington.
The Tigers kept Huntington from scoring in the first four innings, while they managed to score once in the second, on a RBI single by Klay Tucker. Trey Lowe drove in two of Bolivar’s three runs in the third inning on a two-run homer.
