The Best Season Ever Ends

The Bolivar Central Lady Tigers saw their most successful season ever come to a close on May 18 with a 5-1 loss to Lexington in the sub-state game, the latest the Tigers have ever lasted in the playoffs.
Head Coach Dylan Hill said it was bittersweet.
“While this is not where we wanted it to end, we can’t help but be proud of all that we accomplished. This team has been special. I’m so humbled by the fact that I got to be their coach. Each girl on this roster played an integral role in our success, but I can’t say enough about our senior leadership. Those three girls held this team together through everything. Our fans didn’t see the behind the scenes work of these girls. They were true leaders and the program will miss them,” he said.
Hill is saying goodbye to the program and Bolivar Central High School after this year, choosing a career in the ministry.
