Tennessee reconnect offers adults free college tuition

The Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Whiteville (Brownsville campus), held an open house on Saturday, March 28, for adults interested in getting a free college education through Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam's Tennessee Reconnect initiative.
TCAT staff members were on hand to show potential students the campus, and to help them apply for the grant.
