MARTIN– The University of Tennessee at Martin’s WestStar Leadership Program hosted its 26th graduation ceremony June 18 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Jackson. The class of 2015 included 29 participants from 17 West Tennessee counties, who now join more than 700 program alumni.
