Fayette Academy Band receives donation

 On the evening of Saturday, April 11, the Fayette Academy Viking Band performed a variety of musical pieces at their fifth annual "Sounds Delicious" concert. The evening concluded with Claire Redditt and Matthew Armour, employees of The Bank of Fayette County, presenting a check to Daniel Hinson, director of Fayette Academy Band.
The Bank graciously donated $5000 to the award winning Fayette Academy Band for new uniforms, which the band will wear for their 2015 Fall Marching Show, tentatively titled "Pirates of the Caribbean."
