Veterans Day Special in This Issue

Bolivar Bulletin Times reporter Jessica Simmons interviewed six veterans from three generations with direct ties to Hardeman County for this year’s salute to veterans. Read what she wrote about it on A8-A9.   
The special section also has a brief history of the holiday that has been officially observed since 1938.
Community Veteran’s Day programs are scheduled for November 11 in Bolivar, Whiteville and Middleton.
