Each year, the Tennessee Economic and Community Development department will provide the county with a scorecard that documents progress in the five focus areas. These indicators are used to aid the county in evaluating these key areas and document progress toward achieving the community goals set by the Mayor and local community leaders. The program is administered by the Hardeman County Joint Economic Community Development board which is directed by Mayor Sain with each municipal mayor and appointed community leaders on it.
Mayor Sain stated, “I am very pleased at the improved scorecard that Hardeman County has achieved. It is an honor to serve this county and be a part in the success of our future goals.”
